• Design and execute synchronous and asynchronous virtual lessons tailored to the developmental needs of children under the age of six.
• Implement the 'Letras y Cifras de HyG' programs to ensure a robust foundation in literacy and mathematical thinking.
• Utilize advanced pedagogical ICT tools to create ludic, engaging, and interactive learning environments that encourage active student participation.
• Foster the holistic development of students by integrating socio-emotional learning and empathy into the daily curriculum.
• Collaborate closely with families, providing guidance and maintaining open communication channels to support the child’s learning journey at home.
• Assess and monitor student progress in virtual settings, adjusting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the virtual curriculum through pedagogical innovation and creative resource development.

• Professional Degree (Licenciatura) in Early Childhood Education (Educación Infantil).
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in early childhood education.
• At least 2 years of proven experience specifically in virtual teaching for the first childhood segment.
• Advanced proficiency in English (Minimum B1 level, B2 preferred) to support a bilingual educational environment.
• Deep technical knowledge and practical experience in implementing the 'Letras y Cifras de HyG' educational programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in virtual classroom management and the pedagogical application of digital tools.
• Strong skills in developing foundational literacy and logical-mathematical skills in young learners.
• Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with both students and their parents.
