Key Responsibilities- Schedule Optimization: Proactively fill same-day and next-day schedule openings by managing internal waitlists and identifying pull-forward opportunities to maximize field team utilization.
- Member Engagement: Execute strategic outbound outreach via phone and digital channels to convert open capacity into confirmed, completed appointments.
- Real-Time Problem Solving: Coordinate immediate responses to technician callouts, navigation challenges, and unexpected scheduling disruptions to minimize service gaps.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary link for field technicians via two-way radio and messaging platforms, resolving in-field issues such as delays or member no-shows.
- Omnichannel Support: Provide professional, empathetic, and timely assistance to members through various text and chat channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Customer Success team to retain appointments, address member concerns, and reduce avoidable cancellations.
- Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous documentation of all member interactions, scheduling updates, and operational outcomes within the CRM system.
- Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in dispatching, high-volume scheduling, customer service, or logistics operations.
- Technical Proficiency: High comfort level managing multiple live conversations simultaneously across text, chat, and radio platforms; previous experience with CRM or scheduling software is highly preferred.
- Organizational Mastery: Exceptional ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities with a focus on problem-solving and professional diplomacy.
