Director Revenue Transformation

About the Role

Gong is looking for a Director of Revenue Transformation to join a team shaping the future of revenue intelligence. You will be directly responsible for ensuring the success of Gong's largest clients by providing strategic guidance and driving long-term transformation journeys.

In this role, you will work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to move enterprise customers from point solutions to autonomous revenue AI. Key responsibilities include:

• Building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and senior revenue leaders.
• Aligning Gong's AI solutions with the overarching revenue goals of enterprise organizations.
• Guiding customers through the Gong maturity model to assess and improve their revenue operations.
• Driving customer transformation from individual point solutions to a unified revenue AI operating system.
