Director of Revenue Operations

About the Role

Practice Better is the leading EHR and practice management platform in the wellness industry, trusted by tens of thousands of practitioners across 70+ countries. We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to join our growing remote-first team.

In this role, you will own the systems, data, and processes that power our go-to-market engine, connecting Marketing, Sales-assist, Customer Success, and Payments into a single, insight-driven revenue motion.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning the strategy for systems and data that support the GTM engine.
• Building and maintaining board-ready revenue forecasts.
• Rationalizing and managing the company's tech stack.
• Optimizing attribution logic and streamlining operational processes.
• Collaborating across departments to ensure a cohesive revenue strategy.
