Director of Content Marketing & Media

About the Role

Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate and is looking for a Director of Content Marketing & Media to own the content operation that powers their inbound pipeline and builds their audience. This role defines the editorial voice and shapes content formats that drive the next chapter of growth, using AI to accelerate production and scale output.

What You'll Own:

• Organic Growth and SEO Strategy: Drive organic search traffic, MQLs, and pipeline contribution while leading the approach to AI search surfaces like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
• Multi-Format Content Production: Run a structured operation across blog, newsletter, webinars, white papers, and research reports.
• Audience Growth and Video: Own audience development across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, including overseeing video show production.
• Team and AI Production: Build and lead a content team, expanding the contributor network and integrating AI tools into production workflows.
• Talent Network: Manage the Presence® Talent Network of top-producing agents and creators.

What We're Looking For:

• 7 to 12 years in content marketing, media, editorial, or demand generation.
• Proven experience building content engines that drive measurable organic traffic and pipeline.
• Track record of growing social media audiences with platform-native content.
• Strong working knowledge of SEO strategy and AI search discoverability.
• Experience producing or overseeing video content and managing multi-format editorial operations.
• An AI-forward mindset, using tools as a core competitive advantage.
