About the Role
Loadsmart is looking for a Director of Global Account Management to lead and scale our account management organization, focusing on revenue retention, expansion, and executive customer relationships. Reporting to the SVP of Customer Experience, you will mentor a global team and own the strategy for net revenue retention (NRR) and upsell playbooks.
What You Get to Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of regional and senior account managers across multiple geographies.
- Own the global account management strategy, including retention targets, NRR, and expansion playbooks.
- Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic global accounts, building C-suite and VP-level relationships.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Develop scalable processes and tools to improve account health and increase customer lifetime value.
- Analyze performance data and market trends to identify risks and surface growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or enterprise sales.
- At least 4 years in a leadership role managing global or multi-regional teams.
- Proven track record of meeting NRR, retention, and expansion targets in a startup environment.
- Strong executive presence and experience working with large, complex enterprise accounts.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to travel internationally as required (up to 20%).
- Experience in logistics or global supply chain is a strong plus.
