In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, acting as the primary driver for new business acquisition across diverse industries. You will engage with senior-level decision-makers and C-suite executives in marketing, e-commerce, and digital innovation to articulate Firework’s unique value proposition. By leveraging your deep understanding of digital ecosystems and MarTech, you will help our clients bridge the gap between traditional online shopping and the high-conversion nature of in-store experiences. Your work will directly influence the success of a platform backed by over $235M in funding and trusted by global retail leaders, offering you an unparalleled opportunity to lead and shape the future of connected commerce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive enterprise account plans rooted in rigorous research and proactive outbound prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline from scratch.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle for high-value contracts, from initial lead generation and qualification to solution design, proposal development, and final negotiation.
  • Drive multi-threaded conversations across complex organizations, aligning stakeholders from digital, IT, marketing, and commerce departments toward a common business goal.
  • Deeply analyze customer challenges and business requirements to map Firework’s multi-product platform capabilities to specific client KPIs and ROI objectives.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term platform adoption.
  • Serve as a strategic voice for the market by providing consistent feedback to the Product and Go-To-Market teams to influence the future of our product roadmap.
  • Maintain high visibility into sales activities and pipeline health using CRM tools, refining strategies based on data-driven insights to exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Represent Firework at major industry events, workshops, and high-level client meetings, requiring approximately 30-40% travel.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle enterprise-level sales within a B2B SaaS environment, with a demonstrable track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
  • Proven hunter mindset with extensive experience in outbound prospecting and generating demand within large, complex enterprise accounts.
  • Expertise in solution-based selling and navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making processes, ideally within the MarTech, E-commerce, or Digital CX sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill technical concepts into compelling business narratives for executive audiences.
  • High degree of technical literacy and a passion for mastering emerging technologies, specifically in the AI and video commerce space.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment characterized by ambiguity and rapid strategic pivots.
