About the Role

Care Access is on a mission to revolutionize the future of healthcare by breaking down barriers to clinical research and world-class medical services. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in this transformation, serving as a strategic architect for our digital presence and patient recruitment efforts. You will bridge the gap between complex medical breakthroughs and the communities that need them most by developing sophisticated, data-backed campaigns that resonate with diverse patient populations. This is more than a traditional marketing role; it is an opportunity to leverage your digital expertise to accelerate medical progress and ensure that life-changing treatments reach those who have traditionally been underserved. You will thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment where your analytical insights directly translate into increased patient participation and community health empowerment.

As a leader within our marketing team, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of digital engagement. We are looking for a candidate who is not only a master of performance marketing tools but also a creative problem-solver who can navigate the complexities of the healthcare industry. By leveraging our mobile clinics and global network of research locations, you will help tell the story of Care Access through targeted digital channels, ensuring that our message of accessibility and innovation reaches every corner of the globe. Your work will directly support programs like the Future of Medicine and Difference Makers, putting people at the heart of medical progress and building a future of health that is more accessible for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic development, execution, and management of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns designed to drive patient recruitment and brand awareness.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics to monitor campaign performance, identifying key growth opportunities and optimizing channels for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Oversee the end-to-end performance of paid search, social media, display, and video advertising, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations and creative services, to produce high-converting landing pages and compelling ad copy.
  • Implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates and enhance the digital user journey for prospective study participants.
  • Manage significant marketing budgets with precision, providing regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, CTR, and ROAS to executive leadership.
  • Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with industry regulations, data privacy standards, and internal brand guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar performance-based marketing leadership role, ideally within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical research sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and data visualization software like Tableau or Looker.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a track record of leading remote teams and managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • A mission-driven mindset with a passion for health equity and expanding access to medical innovation.

Benefits
  • Remote-first work environment, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans designed to support you and your family’s well-being.
  • Competitive 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching contributions.
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday schedule to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
  • Professional development opportunities and a clear career path within a rapidly growing global organization.
  • The unique opportunity to work on mission-driven projects that directly impact the future of global medicine and community health.
