Digital Full Stack Engineer HR172

About the Role

Smart Working is looking for a Digital Full Stack Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality features across both frontend and backend systems, ensuring strong engineering standards, testing, and operational readiness.

• Develop and deliver end-to-end features using React, TypeScript, and .NET/C#.
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and maintainable applications and services.
• Follow established architecture, coding standards, and design system conventions.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests, contributing to UI/API automation.
• Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines, including quality gates and security scanning.
• Implement observability practices such as logging, metrics, and tracing.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Architecture teams to refine requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide out-of-hours support as part of a rota.

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and .NET/C#.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and full stack applications.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native patterns and frontend frameworks.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing.
• Basic knowledge of observability tools (logging and monitoring).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Fixed Shifts: 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM IST (Summer) | 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM IST (Winter).
