About the Role

Tremendous is the worlds leading platform for businesses to send mass payouts, rewards, and incentives to any individual, anywhere, for free. Trusted by over 20,000 prestigious organizations including Atlassian, MIT, and United Way, we empower marketers, researchers, and HR teams to deliver value instantly. We are currently seeking a meticulous and data-driven Digital Advertising Campaign Manager to join our performance marketing team. This role is designed for a technical execution specialist who thrives in a high-documentation, low-meeting environment. You will be responsible for the tactical implementation and optimization of our digital presence across multiple paid channels, ensuring that our advertising spend is utilized efficiently to drive measurable pipeline growth. As a fully remote organization, we value clear communication and autonomy, providing you with the tools and trust needed to make a significant impact on our global operations.

Our culture is built on the foundation of transparency and profitability. Unlike many high-growth tech companies, Tremendous has remained profitable without the need for outside investors, allowing us to focus entirely on building a product our customers love. This stability translates into a high-trust work environment where the average employee Net Promoter Score (NPS) consistently ranks in the high 80s. As a Campaign Manager, you will be part of a team that prizes deep work and meaningful output over constant meetings. You will have the opportunity to work with modern tools, experiment with AI-enhanced workflows, and play a critical role in a company that is fundamentally changing how money moves around the globe.

Key Responsibilities

As the Digital Advertising Campaign Manager, you will take the lead on the technical lifecycle of our advertising efforts. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that every campaign is launched with precision and optimized for maximum performance. You will own the end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns across Paid Search (Google, Bing), Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta), Video (YouTube), and specialized Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms. This involves managing the full campaign setup process, performing ad refreshes, and managing daily optimizations to hit conversion, CPA, and ROAS targets.

  • Partner closely with ad strategists to translate high-level marketing goals into detailed, actionable campaign structures.
  • Develop and implement a rigorous test-and-learn framework, documenting all experiments regarding creative assets, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies to inform future decisions.
  • Build, launch, and iterate on high-converting landing page variations using no-code page builders, ensuring a seamless user experience from ad click to conversion.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) on all tracking links, creative assets, and targeting parameters to maintain a track record of error-free execution.
  • Provide detailed ad-hoc reporting and performance analysis, using data to advocate for specific budget reallocations or tactical shifts.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign efficiency, creative production, and data analysis as part of our commitment to modern, streamlined processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who is deeply familiar with the nuances of digital ad platforms and possesses a highly analytical mindset. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of accountability and detail. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing significant ad spend in a B2B environment and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

  • At least 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing and executing paid social, display, video, and paid search campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in platform-native tools such as Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • A structured approach to testing; you know how to design a clean A/B experiment, identify significant variables, and document findings clearly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a style that aligns with our culture of high-documentation and transparency.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a history of successful, error-free campaign implementation in fast-paced environments.
  • Previous experience with no-code landing page builders and a basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
  • A proactive mindset regarding the use of AI and automation to improve marketing outcomes and operational workflows.

Benefits

Working at Tremendous offers the chance to grow your career in a stable, profitable environment that respects your time and personal life. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our team members wherever they are located.

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, plus an equity package.
  • 100% covered health, dental, and vision insurance premiums for US-based employees.
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO) policy, encouraging you to take the time you need to recharge.
  • Generous parental leave policy providing 12 to 16 weeks of paid time for new parents.
  • A fully remote work model, allowing you to work from anywhere within the Americas.
  • Access to our public handbook, which details our unique, low-meeting approach to productivity and collaboration.
