Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary mission will be to turn market insights into action, ensuring that our products are positioned effectively in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. Your daily contributions will include:
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Orchestrate and lead end-to-end product launches, coordinating between product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Sales Enablement: Build and maintain a robust library of sales tools, including high-impact pitch decks, whitepapers, case studies, and demo scripts that empower our commercial teams to win.
- Messaging and Positioning: Translate technical specifications and complex LLM features into compelling value propositions that resonate with both developers and C-suite executives.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to provide the organization with a clear view of the industry landscape and emerging AI trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the connective tissue between Product and Marketing, ensuring that customer feedback and market requirements are integrated into the product roadmap.
- Content Creation: Craft engaging technical content for the company blog, social media, and newsletters to position deepset as a global thought leader in the NLP space.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable diving into technical documentation as they are presenting to stakeholders. We are looking for:
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of dedicated experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, specifically within the AI, developer tools, or data infrastructure sectors.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to simplify highly technical concepts without losing their core value.
- Technical Curiosity: A strong interest in or familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP frameworks, or open-source ecosystems like Haystack.
- Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to marketing, with experience using customer insights and market data to influence strategic decisions.
- Project Management: Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Technical Background: Hands-on experience in content creation, including blog posts, video scripts, and sales enablement frameworks, is highly preferred.
