Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models to improve platform efficiency and user engagement.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large-scale datasets.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data-driven features and predictive analytics into our core software offerings.
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and model health.
- Formulate and test hypotheses through rigorous A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and marketing strategies.
- Communicate complex analytical results to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive-level summaries.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in artificial intelligence and machine learning to ensure our tech stack remains competitive.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven professional experience as a Data Scientist, preferably within a SaaS or recruitment technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with a deep understanding of libraries like Pandas, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience working with distributed data systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts, including probability distributions, regression analysis, and experimental design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, asynchronous remote setting.
