As a Data Entry Clerk at Aisle and Abroad, you will be responsible for the seamless flow of information through our corporate systems. Key Responsibilities- Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining customer records and account information within our secure internal databases to ensure 100% data reliability.
- Systematically reviewing all submitted documentation and operational data for completeness and identifying any discrepancies or missing information for immediate correction.
- Maintaining highly organized digital filing systems across multiple client accounts, ensuring that sensitive information is categorized and stored according to company protocols.
- Achieving daily productivity targets and accuracy benchmarks to support the broader operations team in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Engaging in regular communication with team leads and administrative supervisors via digital channels, including email and instant messaging, to provide progress updates and resolve data-related queries.
- Ensuring the absolute confidentiality of all client and company data, strictly adhering to established security measures and data protection regulations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify potential improvements in data collection processes and reporting structures.
- Possession of a High School Diploma or GED is required for all applicants.
- A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) with a high focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace that allows for focused, uninterrupted administrative work.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check, as this role involves direct access to sensitive client records and internal company databases.
