Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining highly organized digital filing systems across multiple client accounts, ensuring that sensitive information is categorized and stored according to company protocols.
  • Achieving daily productivity targets and accuracy benchmarks to support the broader operations team in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Engaging in regular communication with team leads and administrative supervisors via digital channels, including email and instant messaging, to provide progress updates and resolve data-related queries.
  • Ensuring the absolute confidentiality of all client and company data, strictly adhering to established security measures and data protection regulations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify potential improvements in data collection processes and reporting structures.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a High School Diploma or GED is required for all applicants.
  • A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) with a high focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace that allows for focused, uninterrupted administrative work.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check, as this role involves direct access to sensitive client records and internal company databases.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is a mandatory requirement for this position.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new software applications quickly during the initial training phase.
