Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our remote operations team, you will be responsible for the following core tasks:

• Accurately inputting customer and operational data into our internal databases from various source documents.
• Performing routine audits of digital records to ensure completeness and identify any inconsistencies or errors in the information provided.
• Maintaining and organizing digital filing systems across multiple client accounts to ensure data is easily retrievable by authorized personnel.
• Meeting or exceeding established daily productivity and accuracy targets to support the overall efficiency of the operations team.
• Collaborating effectively with team leads and supervisors through digital communication channels such as email and chat for updates and clarifications.
• Upholding the highest standards of data confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client and company information.
• Flagging repetitive data issues to management to help improve long-term data collection processes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required for all applicants.
• A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) with a high degree of accuracy.
• Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
• Strong proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
• Willingness to undergo and pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check, as this role involves handling sensitive data.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
