Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, your primary objective is to maintain the highest standards of data integrity. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure our internal systems remain up-to-date and reliable. Your daily activities will include:
- Accurately inputting customer profiles, operational logs, and financial records into our proprietary internal systems and CRM databases.
- Reviewing incoming data submissions for completeness and accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and flagging errors for immediate correction.
- Maintaining highly organized digital filing systems to ensure that data is easily retrievable by various departments across the organization.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding established daily productivity targets and accuracy benchmarks to maintain the department's operational flow.
- Communicating effectively with team leads and department managers via email and internal chat platforms to provide status updates and resolve data-related queries.
- Upholding strict confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive client information and proprietary company data to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assisting in the cleanup of legacy data by verifying older records and updating them according to current company standards.
We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and capable of maintaining high levels of focus while working independently. While this is an entry-level position, the following requirements are essential for success:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required for all applicants.
- A proven typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM) with a high degree of accuracy.
- Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace free from distractions.
- A high level of proficiency with basic computer applications, including web browsers, email clients, and spreadsheet software.
- The ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check, as this role involves handling sensitive company and client information.
