About the Role

Verse Medical is seeking a meticulous and mission-driven Data Entry Associate to join our growing team. As a well-funded Series C healthcare technology company backed by industry leaders like General Catalyst and Sapphire Ventures, we are dedicated to replacing outdated legacy systems with modern software infrastructure. Our platform ensures that patients receive hospital-quality care in the comfort of their homes by seamlessly connecting providers, payors, and patients. In this pivotal support role, you will act as a guardian of data integrity, ensuring that our financial records and vendor information are captured with precision to fuel our mission of healing a fragmented healthcare system.

As a Data Entry Associate, you will be part of a culture that values transparency, speed of iteration, and deep empathy for the customers we serve. We operate with honesty and clarity, sharing both successes and challenges openly. We believe that progress is more valuable than perfection, and we prioritize getting solutions into the hands of our users quickly. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-growth environment where your contributions directly impact our ability to scale and provide reliable care to those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the precise transfer of critical data from various vendor websites and internal Verse Medical platforms into centralized finance spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and update financial records to ensure all entries are accurate, consistent, and audit-ready.
  • Monitor and track the profitability of new customer accounts, providing the finance team with reliable data for strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or inconsistencies in data across multiple systems to maintain high standards of information quality.
  • Collaborate with leadership to streamline data collection processes and improve the efficiency of financial reporting.
  • Attend occasional remote training sessions and team check-ins to stay aligned with evolving company protocols and software updates.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role where high-volume information management was required.
  • Extremely high attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple data streams simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work with both speed and accuracy while meeting established deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate data-related observations to team leads.
  • A proactive learner who is open to receiving constructive feedback and adapting to new software tools.
  • A strong sense of ownership and alignment with our mission to improve healthcare infrastructure.

Benefits
  • Fully remote work environment providing maximum flexibility for your personal schedule.
  • Opportunity to grow into a more substantial role as the company continues its rapid Series C expansion.
  • A mission-driven culture where your work contributes to making healthcare more equitable and accessible.
  • Exposure to a high-growth startup environment backed by top-tier venture capital firms.
  • A commitment to work-life balance through our philosophy of focused intensity balanced by a sustainable long-term pace.
  • A diverse and inclusive workplace where every team member is valued for their unique perspective and background.

This is a remote position that will initially require approximately 10 hours of work per week. While the hours are highly flexible, candidates must be available for occasional training sessions during standard US business hours. As Verse Medical continues to grow, there is significant potential for this role to expand in scope and hours. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a team that reflects the diversity of the patients we serve.
