About the Role
Ryz Labs is currently seeking a highly meticulous and organized Data Entry Assistant to support the Intake Operations team of one of our premier clients. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a passion for precision and an interest in the rapidly growing market of collectible assets. In this remote position, based exclusively in Argentina, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every piece of data associated with high-value itemssuch as Pokmon and Magic: The Gathering trading cardsis recorded with absolute accuracy. As part of a forward-thinking team, you will be responsible for the initial digital footprint of these assets, making your contribution vital to the success of the entire supply chain and the trust of the global collector community. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Data Entry Assistant, your primary focus will be the seamless integration of physical asset information into our digital ecosystem. You will be tasked with entering asset titles, set information, and specific identifiers into internal systems with an unwavering commitment to accuracy. Your daily workflow will involve the following:
- Enter asset titles, categories, and other metadata into internal databases with high precision.
- Perform rigorous data quality checks to ensure all entries meet predefined corporate standards.
- Identify and flag records that require additional review or correction, specifically noting image inconsistencies or missing data points.
- Input and verify serial numbers and unique asset identifiers to ensure the authenticity and traceability of inventory.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily processing targets and throughput deadlines.
- Maintain an accuracy rate of 99% or higher across all data entry tasks to uphold the integrity of our client's database.
- Submit detailed reports summarizing flagged items and performance metrics during the quality review process.

- A professional mindset regarding repetitive tasks, ensuring quality does not waver during high-volume periods.
- Must be based in Argentina and able to work in a fully remote capacity.
