About the Role

Pivotal Health is an AI-driven platform that simplifies complex healthcare reimbursement workflows. We are hiring a Data Engineer to make our product data accessible and reliable, connecting various data sources to our warehouse and building clean transformation pipelines.

• Own the ETL pipeline from our PostgreSQL product database to BigQuery.
• Integrate new third-party data sources, such as Salesforce, into the warehouse.
• Use dbt to design and manage the transformation layer, creating clean, well-structured tables.
• Collaborate with analysts to support reporting in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase.
• Act as the bridge between engineering and analytics teams to ensure data alignment.

• Strong SQL skills with experience in cloud data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
• Proficient with dbt for managing SQL transformations and maintainable models.
• Working knowledge of Python for automating data workflows.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) and CRM integrations.
