Key Responsibilities- Design clean, high-fidelity, and functional user interfaces for a wide range of web and mobile applications, ensuring a premium look and feel.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers to transform wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes into polished, interactive designs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and UI kits to ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user flow to stakeholders and development teams.
- Conduct thorough design audits to ensure all interfaces comply with modern web accessibility standards (WCAG) and brand guidelines.
- Partner with front-end developers to ensure design integrity during the implementation phase and troubleshoot any visual inconsistencies.
- Stay at the forefront of UI/UX innovation, identifying new tools and methodologies to improve design efficiency and quality.
- Gather and analyze user feedback and performance metrics to iteratively improve the interface's usability and engagement rates.
- Proven professional experience as an Interface Designer, UI Designer, or in a similar digital design role within a product-focused environment.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools, specifically Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout grid systems.
- Extensive experience in designing for responsive web and mobile-first environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, deadline-driven setting.
- Familiarity with basic front-end development principles, such as HTML and CSS, to better facilitate collaboration with engineering teams.
- Experience conducting or participating in user research and usability testing sessions.
