About the Role

iConsultera is looking for a dedicated and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing global team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting vast amounts of data, identifying critical trends, and providing the strategic insights necessary to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and deliver comprehensive reports that influence the company’s long-term growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and relevance for business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques.
  • Collaborate with leadership and department heads to understand their data needs and translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on data discrepancies and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and collection methods.
  • Present findings through clear and concise reports that offer actionable recommendations for executive decision-making.
  • Monitor data warehouse health and assist in the documentation of data governance policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within a remote or global corporate setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
  • Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Hands-on experience with statistical programming languages, specifically Python or R, for data modeling and automation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain focus while managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain technical data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience working with CRM systems and modern cloud-based data warehouses is highly desirable.
