YO HR Consultancy is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team as a dedicated Contractor. As a critical member of our data operations, you will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, building robust reporting frameworks, and providing the quantitative evidence needed to optimize our consultancy services. • Develop, maintain, and automate complex Excel-based models to track key performance indicators and operational metrics.
• Perform deep-dive data cleansing and validation to ensure the highest level of accuracy across all internal and client-facing reports.
• Utilize advanced functions including VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, and Power Query to manipulate large datasets from multiple sources.
• Create visually compelling dashboards and data visualizations that translate technical findings into digestible insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within datasets to provide proactive recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver customized reporting solutions on a timely basis.
• Document data workflows and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and scalability in reporting practices.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, specifically focusing on data manipulation and reporting within Microsoft Excel.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory, including advanced formulas, macro recording, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid understanding of data structures and the ability to work with disparate data formats to create unified reports.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data trends to management and team members clearly.
• High degree of self-discipline and the ability to manage deadlines independently in a fully remote environment.
• A degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics is highly preferred.
