As a Cyber Operations Specialist, you will be part of an elite team tasked with protecting the nation’s most critical information systems and conducting operations that ensure our technological superiority. As a member of our cyber force, your daily operations will involve high-stakes digital defense and strategic offensive maneuvers. Your primary duties will include:

• Executing offensive and defensive cyberspace operations to support national security objectives.
• Conducting real-time computer network defense to protect sensitive military infrastructure from foreign and domestic threats.
• Detecting, identifying, and neutralizing malicious activity across the electromagnetic battlefield.
• Utilizing advanced cyber weapon systems to perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Analyzing network traffic and system logs to identify potential security breaches and implement rapid response protocols.
• Collaborating with intelligence agencies to stay ahead of evolving cyber threats and sophisticated hacking techniques.
• Maintaining the integrity and availability of fiber-optic communication lines and integrated military networks.

We are looking for analytical thinkers with a passion for technology and a desire to serve. To qualify for a position within our cyber operations unit, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Strong aptitude for mathematics, logic, and problem-solving.
• A background in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred but not required; we provide the necessary training.
• Successful completion of the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) with a qualifying score.
• Willingness to complete rigorous technical training at the U.S. Army Cyber School.
• Commitment to physical fitness and meeting the standards of the Mississippi Army National Guard.
