About the Role
Wholesail is building the financial network for wholesale trade, a $55 trillion global market that currently relies on manual processes. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help shape the future of our customer success function by working with sophisticated customers and driving real business outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding complex accounting systems and operational workflows to help customers get more value over time.
- Managing relationships with accounts that rely on ERP systems like NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Sage.
- Acting as one of the strongest feedback channels back to the product team to influence development.
- Leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline internal processes and identify patterns across accounts.
- Maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and extremely low churn rates.
