About the Role
The Customer Success Associate is the execution engine of our Customer organization and the primary day-to-day partner to customers for onboarding through program delivery. This is a customer-facing execution role focused on turning strategy into reality and scaling that execution through systems and AI.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning enterprise program delivery and working directly with customer stakeholders to ensure deployments run on time and on spec.
- Managing the customer journey from launch through adoption with a focus on high-quality experience.
- Building and operating a repeatable, reliable execution layer to support the transition from high-touch manual processes to AI-enabled delivery.
- Bringing structure to ambiguity to ensure every program operates without friction.
