Key Responsibilities- Provide expert-level technical support for building automation systems, fire safety equipment, and HVAC control solutions via remote diagnostic tools.
- Analyze complex system data to identify performance trends, potential failures, and optimization opportunities for global clients.
- Collaborate closely with on-site field engineers and project managers to coordinate seamless installations and system upgrades.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clients understand maintenance requirements and system capabilities.
- Maintain detailed documentation of service requests, technical configurations, and resolution steps within the corporate CRM and knowledge base.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements or additional services that align with the client’s operational goals and sustainability targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline support workflows and enhance the digital customer experience.
- Proven experience in a technical support or systems engineering role, preferably within the building technology or industrial automation sectors.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting electronic systems, low-voltage circuitry, and networked building management software.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage high-pressure situations and maintain a professional demeanor with international clients.
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field of study.
- Familiarity with IoT (Internet of Things) platforms and cloud-based diagnostic software used in smart building environments.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and meeting response-time SLAs.
