About the Role

KBR is seeking a dedicated and dependable Custodian to join our National Security Solutions team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment within a high-security mission facility, directly supporting the infrastructure that enables our country’s most critical national security operations. Key Responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive range of housekeeping and clean-up activities to maintain facility standards across mission and support spaces.
• Manage and replenish inventory of cleaning materials, supplies, and equipment at various work locations to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Strictly observe and enforce all organizational safety protocols and procedures, including the consistent use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Identify and report potential maintenance issues or safety hazards to facility management to ensure a proactive approach to site care.
• Collaborate effectively with the facility management team to perform specialized cleaning tasks or support emergency maintenance requirements as directed.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in high-traffic and sensitive areas to ensure a professional and functional environment for all personnel.

Qualifications

• Security Clearance: Must possess an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance or an Australian PV (Positive Vetting) clearance.
• Citizenship: Must be a citizen of the United States or Australia.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance roles.
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to manage supply inventories and operate industrial cleaning equipment safely.
• Certifications (Preferred): Possession of a White Card, Certificate in Health Support Services, or Hospitality certification is highly regarded.
• Compliance: Training in Hygiene (Food Handling) or experience as a Health Safety Representative is an asset.
• Additional Requirements: A valid Driver’s License is required for movement across the expansive facility grounds.
