About the Role

Correlation One is at the forefront of global workforce development, having empowered over 500,000 professionals across 11 countries with industry-leading AI and data skills. As a primary training partner for Amazon Career Choice and various state government apprenticeship initiatives, we operate at the critical intersection of employer needs and scalable education. We are now expanding our impact into the aerospace sector, and we are looking for a visionary Curriculum Developer to lead the creation of our new Aerospace Technician program. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a curriculum from the ground up, designed specifically to help working adults transition into skilled manufacturing roles within the commercial aerospace industry.

In this role, you will be the primary architect of the learning experience, translating complex technical requirements into accessible, engaging, and high-impact educational content. You will work within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where your expertise in aerospace manufacturing will directly influence the career trajectories of thousands of learners. By designing virtual lessons complemented by tactile, shipped practice kits, you will ensure that our graduates possess the job-ready skills needed to contribute to world-class aerospace operations from their very first day on the job.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and write comprehensive lessons, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises for a virtual-first learning environment tailored to adult learners.
  • Develop innovative curriculum for kit-based virtual labs, ensuring that shipped materials allow students to practice precision measurement and soldering effectively from home.
  • Collaborate closely with Learning Experience Designers and employer Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate that all content aligns with current industry standards and employer hiring requirements.
  • Interpret and integrate complex technical standards into the curriculum, including Engineering Drawing Interpretation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and IPC J-STD-001 preparation.
  • Maintain and iterate on course materials based on feedback from pilot programs and industry partners to ensure the curriculum remains at the cutting edge of aerospace technology.
  • Peer-review instructional content created by other team members to ensure technical accuracy, pedagogical consistency, and alignment with safety standards such as OSHA 10.
  • Advise on the selection of tools and materials included in student kits to maximize the hands-on learning potential in a remote setting.
Qualifications
  • Extensive hands-on experience as an Aerospace Technician or in an advanced manufacturing environment, with a deep understanding of shop floor operations and safety protocols.
  • Proven track record in curriculum development or technical training, specifically focused on adult learners and those entering the field from non-technical backgrounds.
  • Technical mastery of aerospace foundational skills, including engineering drawing interpretation, materials handling, and high-precision measurement techniques.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard certifications such as OSHA 10, GD&T, and IPC J-STD-001 (soldering) requirements.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, remote-first environment, utilizing digital tools to manage projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • A passion for workforce development and a commitment to creating inclusive educational pathways for underrepresented populations in the technical trades.
Benefits
  • The opportunity to work with a world-class team at a high-growth, mission-driven organization dedicated to closing global skills gaps.
  • Fully remote work environment, offering the flexibility to contribute from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection to a global team.
  • A competitive compensation package and the chance to be a key player in the launch of a high-profile, national training initiative.
  • Professional growth opportunities within a company that is leading the way in AI, data, and technical workforce training for Fortune 500 enterprises and government agencies.
  • The satisfaction of seeing your curriculum directly result in life-changing career outcomes for adult learners entering the aerospace industry.
