Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Curriculum Developer at Mercor, your primary focus will be the meticulous assessment and refinement of mathematical datasets used to train sophisticated AI models. You will be expected to bring your deep subject matter expertise to every stage of the content lifecycle, ensuring that the resulting AI outputs are both reliable and academically sound.
- Critically evaluate the accuracy, logical flow, and conceptual depth of AI-generated content within the field of Mathematics to strengthen the reasoning and rigor of model outputs.
- Review and audit complex mathematical problems, solutions, and instructional content to ensure strict alignment with core domain principles and modern methodologies.
- Generate clear, structured, and actionable technical feedback for AI research teams, highlighting specific areas for improvement in training data quality and downstream model performance.
- Design and implement comprehensive evaluation rubrics and performance benchmarks to systematically assess AI-generated mathematical tasks and edge-case solutions.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of subject matter experts and researchers to maintain consistency, relevance, and broad coverage across high-priority datasets.
