About the Role
As our CRM & Lifecycle Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Joko’s global expansion by turning millions of new signups into loyal, long-term power users. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth, you will own the end-to-end CRM strategy across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. You will be a key architect of our user journey, leveraging behavioral data and cutting-edge AI tools to deliver the right message at the right time, ensuring every user discovers the full value of our shopping assistant.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Journey Orchestration: Design and execute complex lifecycle programs from initial onboarding to reactivation, ensuring a seamless transition from first-time user to brand advocate.
- Activation & Retention: Guide new users to their first “wow” moment by optimizing messaging triggers and timing to improve early-stage retention and long-term Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
- AI-Driven Innovation: Leverage AI to automate operational workflows, including segmentation, copy iteration, and QA, while exploring new ways to personalize the user experience at scale.
- High-Velocity Experimentation: Maintain a rigorous A/B testing roadmap to challenge existing flows and optimize engagement metrics based on hard data rather than intuition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with Product, Data, and Brand teams to ensure lifecycle nudges are perfectly aligned with the in-app product experience and brand voice.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor cohort curves and funnel data to identify friction points in the user journey and implement data-backed solutions to drive growth.
- Expertise: 5+ years of experience in B2C CRM or lifecycle marketing, specifically within a high-growth mobile app or consumer tech environment.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io, including expertise in segmentation logic and orchestration.
- Data Literacy: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data sets, cohort analysis, and experimental results to drive strategic decision-making.
- AI Fluency: A proactive and curious mindset regarding AI, with a proven track record of using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency or user impact.
- Precision: Extreme attention to detail with a commitment to flawless execution, ensuring zero errors in segmentation or deployment.
- Communication: Native-level proficiency in French and professional fluency in English is required for this international role.
- Flexibility & Remote Work: Enjoy a remote-friendly culture with the option to work from anywhere in the world for up to 3 months per year.
- Compensation & Equity: Competitive top-market salary and equity packages, ensuring every employee shares in the company’s success.
- Professional Growth: A unique “AI Half-Day” every week dedicated specifically to exploring new tools and sharpening your technical skill set.
- Well-being: Access to ClassPass subscriptions, 8-week fully paid leave for second parents, and comprehensive health benefits.
- Culture: Annual company offsites in inspiring locations and a dedicated budget for team-building and monthly gatherings.
