About the Role
Maneuver Marketing is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to help scale AppLovin into a major customer acquisition channel for our DTC health and wellness brands. You will own the channel-level strategy, identifying winning patterns and translating them into repeatable systems for growth.
What You’ll Do- Build the AppLovin Creative Playbook: Establish testing principles and frameworks to scale AppLovin as a growth channel.
- Performance Research: Analyze competitor activity, winning hooks, and messaging angles to develop actionable testing hypotheses.
- Execute Strategic Testing: Manage a structured roadmap for testing concepts, hooks, and formats to ensure systematic learning.
- Influence Media Buying: Partner with media buyers to interpret creative performance and shape campaign decision-making.
- Create Performance Concepts: Develop direct response ad concepts designed to attract attention and drive conversion for a female demographic aged 35–65.
- Optimize Conversion Levers: Identify bottlenecks in the acquisition journey and propose creative solutions to improve efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in DTC performance creative or growth-focused advertising.
- Deep familiarity with creative testing methodologies and direct response environments.
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to connect creative decisions to acquisition outcomes.
- Experience partnering with media buyers to influence campaign direction.
- A proactive builder mentality, comfortable creating new systems and best practices from scratch.
