The Role
As a Creative Strategist (TikTok), you will be responsible for turning TikTok into a high-leverage growth channel. You will own the creative strategy across organic content, paid ads, and TikTok Shop, focusing on a female demographic aged 35–65.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the creative strategy for TikTok, identifying growth opportunities and translating channel insights into scalable frameworks.
- Conduct in-depth research into TikTok trends, competitor activity, and platform-native storytelling patterns.
- Build and refine a testing pipeline for creative elements including hooks, formats, concepts, and messaging angles.
- Develop content tailored for every stage of the customer journey, from awareness to TikTok Shop conversion.
- Partner with internal teams and creators to launch and iterate on high-performing branded content.
- Optimize conversion levers by identifying bottlenecks and improving creative performance through data-driven testing.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in DTC creative strategy, performance creative, or growth-focused content development.
- A strong portfolio showcasing short-form content and direct response creative thinking.
- Deep familiarity with the TikTok ecosystem, including trends, creator dynamics, and shopping behavior.
- Strong grasp of creative testing methodologies and the ability to evaluate performance data.
- A passion for consumer psychology, storytelling, and data-driven creative iteration.
