Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Courier, your daily activities are central to our operational success. You will be responsible for the following:
- Execute daily dispatch, pick-up, and delivery operations for both domestic and international shipments with a focus on speed and security.
- Manage ground operations at station and hub locations, including the coordination of ramp and sort activities to ensure logistics efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction, acting as a professional representative of the FedEx brand.
- Perform picking and packing duties with high attention to detail to ensure package integrity and accurate sorting.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to navigate delivery challenges and ensure all operational processes are completed within established timeframes.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines during all on-road and warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and team members to optimize delivery routes and meet daily service performance goals.
