Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for the strategic orchestration of our institutional presence in the region. Your primary objectives will include:
- Identifying and cultivating strategic growth opportunities within the Mexican higher education sector to expand our reach and influence.
- Building, maintaining, and strengthening high-level relationships with universities, academic associations, and key stakeholders within the educational ecosystem.
- Designing, negotiating, and implementing comprehensive alliance strategies, formal agreements, and institutional collaboration frameworks.
- Conducting deep-dive analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and institutional needs to inform and support strategic decision-making.
- Leading initiatives focused on the positioning and expansion of KINEDRIK, ensuring our brand is synonymous with quality and practical application.
- Representing the organization at major educational forums, conferences, and networking events to enhance our institutional visibility.
To succeed in this strategic position, candidates must possess a blend of academic background and specialized professional experience. We are looking for:
- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 to 6 years of total professional experience, with a heavy emphasis on institutional development.
- Between 3 to 5 years of direct experience working within or alongside universities and higher education institutions in Mexico.
- Proven expertise in managing institutional relations, university outreach, strategic alliances, or business development specifically within the educational sector.
- A demonstratable track record of building and managing complex relationships with high-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- A strategic mindset characterized by strong analytical capabilities, business vision, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- A consultative approach to relationship management; we are specifically looking for profiles that move beyond transactional sales to focus on long-term partnership building.
