ContentJet Inc.: AI Agent Architect / Builder

About the Role

ContentJet is a Canadian UGC creative agency on a mission to become a fully AI-native operation. We are looking for an AI Agent Architect to systematically identify manual bottlenecks and replace them with autonomous, 24/7 agent systems using cutting-edge tools like Claude Code CLI, OpenClaw, and n8n.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build multi-agent systems to replace manual workflows in creator sourcing, outreach, and campaign management.
• Use Claude Code CLI as the primary development environment to build, debug, and ship agent systems from the terminal.
• Orchestrate complex workflows using Claude Cowork with MCP connectors across platforms like Monday.com, TikTok, and Slack.
• Deploy agents via OpenClaw for multi-platform delivery with full tool management and multi-model routing.
• Integrate AI voice agents using VAPI, Claude, and Twilio for lead qualification.
• Architect agent communication flows, decision trees, and tool-use schemas.

Requirements:

• Production-level Python proficiency (not just scripting) and deep prompt engineering skills.
• Experience with Claude Code CLI and Claude Cowork.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph) and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Proven ability to integrate systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.
• Experience deploying agents across multiple platforms like Slack and Telegram.
