The Content Compliance Manager for OTC Supplements & Cosmetics is responsible for ensuring that all marketing, labeling, and promotional materials comply with applicable FDA and FTC regulations, DSHEA law, and internal policies prior to release. This role acts as a critical liaison between regulatory compliance and creative departments.

• Review and approve marketing content to ensure compliance with FDA and FTC standards.
• Ensure all product labeling meets DSHEA law and internal quality requirements.
• Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory guidelines related to OTC supplements and cosmetics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
