Key Responsibilities- Define and drive the long-term product strategy for network connectivity across both EVM and non-EVM ecosystems, ensuring MetaMask remains the premier gateway to Web3.
- Own the end-to-end network experience across MetaMask Extension and Mobile platforms, focusing on network switching, custom RPC configurations, and Layer 2 support.
- Lead critical initiatives to improve network performance and reliability, reducing user-facing errors and minimizing complexity in chain discovery and configuration.
- Establish the product approach for supporting emerging blockchains, including defining criteria for expansion, streamlining launch processes, and improving time-to-support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Product Managers to ensure the network layer enables predictable and frictionless user flows across the entire wallet ecosystem.
- Set clear product goals, success metrics, and execution plans, prioritizing initiatives that balance technical feasibility with commercial opportunity and user trust.
- Act as a Staff-level multiplier by influencing product direction beyond your immediate team and raising the standard for product thinking in technically complex domains.
- Communicate complex technical visions and strategic decisions clearly to senior stakeholders and the broader organization.
- 8+ years of professional product management experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the consumer crypto, DeFi, or fintech sectors.
- Proven track record of operating at a Staff level, with the ability to set high-level strategy and drive alignment across multiple autonomous teams.
- Deep expertise in Web3 technologies, including a nuanced understanding of blockchains, RPC providers, L2 scaling solutions, and the broader Ethereum ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to ship high-impact consumer products end-to-end, managing complex lifecycles in a rapidly evolving market.
