• Proven experience in a senior or lead technical role within the construction or engineering industry.
• Demonstrated ability to think like an entrepreneur and take initiative in a collaborative environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong track record of grit and resilience when facing industry challenges.

• Relevant post-secondary education or professional designations in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $148,000, commensurate with experience.
