About the Role
Netcall Group is currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service and Cross-selling Advisors for our Entel Peru inbound campaign. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Advisor, your primary objective is to represent Entel Peru by providing high-quality support to both current and potential users. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, technical issues, and billing concerns across both Prepaid and Postpaid services. Your daily tasks include:
- Managing inbound inquiries with professionalism, ensuring all customer doubts or complaints are resolved efficiently.
- Providing detailed information regarding Entel’s products, services, and current promotions to enhance the customer experience.
- Identifying customer needs during interactions and successfully executing cross-selling or suggested sales strategies to close service upgrades.
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and technical resolutions within the company’s CRM system.
- Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, resolution time, and sales conversion rates.
We are looking for proactive individuals who possess a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Completed High School education (Secundaria Completa).
- Ability to work 100% remotely from home with a suitable, quiet environment for taking calls.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to persuade customers through effective cross-selling techniques.
- Availability to work within the afternoon shift window (1:00 PM to 12:00 AM) for a 48-hour work week with rotating days off.
- No previous experience is required, though prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
