Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of features that enhance our business-facing infrastructure. You will work across the entire stack, from building responsive user interfaces in React to designing robust backend services in Node.js. Your day-to-day will involve contributing to our microservices architecture, ensuring that our identity and authentication systems are secure, scalable, and highly available.
- Architect and implement product features across the full stack, ensuring a high level of performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and impactful user experiences.
- Lead technical design discussions, offering your expertise to solve complex challenges related to user identity, security, and enterprise integrations.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, adhering to the highest standards of software craftsmanship and quality.
- Participate in and facilitate rigorous code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers to maintain a high-quality codebase.
- Contribute to the evolution of our engineering culture by sharing knowledge, writing for our engineering blog, and staying updated on emerging technologies.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of our core products, ensuring they can handle high-traffic events and large-scale user interactions.
We are looking for a seasoned engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software and a deep understanding of modern web technologies. - A minimum of 4 years of professional, full-time software engineering experience in a production environment.
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, with significant experience in both browser-based and Node.js environments.
- Proven experience with React and modern state management patterns to build scalable front-end applications.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB, and experience with data modeling in a distributed system.
- Experience with GraphQL and building efficient APIs for complex data structures.
- Strong understanding of identity protocols and enterprise standards such as SSO, SCIM, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Must be based within the GMT to GMT+6 time zones to ensure effective collaboration with our core engineering team.
