About the Role
CLO Virtual Fashion is a global powerhouse in 3D garment simulation technology, revolutionizing the entire fashion lifecycle from initial concept to digital marketing and styling. Since our founding in 2009, we have built a comprehensive ecosystem that includes software like CLO, Marvelous Designer, and Jinny, alongside specialized platforms such as CLO-SET and CONNECT. We are now looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our mission in Seoul, helping us bridge the gap between physical and digital fashion through robust, high-performance infrastructure.
As a DevOps Engineer at CLO Virtual Fashion, you will be instrumental in advancing our global service delivery. You will manage a sophisticated hybrid environment encompassing both Cloud and IDC resources, utilizing modern methodologies like GitOps and Observability to ensure maximum stability and service quality. Your work will focus on automating repetitive tasks and optimizing the development lifecycle, allowing our engineering teams to innovate at speed. This is a critical role for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges and wants to contribute to a platform used by millions of designers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Modernize and manage the existing infrastructure to ensure the stable operation of CLO-SET and associated global services.
- Analyze current infrastructure architectures to identify bottlenecks and implement rapid restructuring for improved performance and scalability.
- Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines that streamline the development, testing, and deployment phases for our engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with developers to improve internal tooling, optimize operating environments, and increase overall engineering efficiency.
- Develop and manage comprehensive Disaster Recovery (DR) plans and configurations specifically tailored for our Enterprise-level client services.
- Implement and refine GitOps workflows and Observability stacks to maintain high visibility into system health and performance.
- Proven experience building and automating CI/CD pipelines within cloud-native environments such as AWS, Azure, and GitHub.
- Hands-on expertise in managing and scaling containerized services using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform and Ansible, to manage complex environments.
- Practical experience with monitoring and observability suites such as Datadog to diagnose issues and optimize system uptime.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to define problems clearly and a passion for exploring innovative technical solutions.
- A deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative development cycle.
- (Preferred) Experience designing DevOps architectures that incorporate full-scale Disaster Recovery planning.
- (Preferred) Background working within a global SaaS organization and proficiency in English to communicate with international offices and clients.
