Chooose: Engagement Manager (US - ET)

About the Role

Chooose builds software to enable the lower carbon fuel value chain, helping global leaders like Delta Air Lines and Microsoft scale their Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) programs and carbon management initiatives. We are seeking a dedicated Engagement Manager to own day-to-day relationships with our largest enterprise customers, guiding them from implementation to go-live and beyond.

• Own total responsibility for a portfolio of key enterprise customers within the aviation, energy, and logistics sectors.
• Function as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, ranging from Sustainability to Fuel Procurement departments.
• Oversee complex software deployments, including Sustainable Aviation Fuel, carbon offsets, and removals, supported by technical teams.
• Assess and validate customer needs to drive commercial expansion and provide structured product feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement across technical implementation, customer operations, and customer success playbooks.
• Maintain expertise on carbon-related requirements and market trends impacting the industry.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, SaaS implementation, or enterprise project management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in the hard sciences.
• Strong technical capability with experience in API integrations and highly configurable SaaS solutions.
• Polished presentation skills and the ability to discuss technical and commercial topics with external stakeholders.
• Flexibility to travel frequently on short notice and support global customers across different time zones.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
