About the Role
CHRONA is seeking a strategic, highly proactive, and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as the CEOs right hand and the core engine of our global strategy implementation. As a rapidly scaling international technology group operating in complex, regulated, and operationally intensive sectors, our primary focus is the US market. In this high-impact executive role, you will transition our high-level strategic vision into systematic day-to-day execution. This is not a traditional administrative or execution-only post; we are looking for a true strategic partner who constructively challenges ideas, blocks distractions, and confidently drives company-wide alignment. If you are an entrepreneurial leader with a passion for process maturity, change management, and building exceptional team cultures, we invite you to help steer CHRONA through our next phase of global growth.
