  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth while establishing policies that foster a productive and transparent work environment.
  • Oversee daily operations of the program and the work of executives across finance, IT, marketing, and human resources.
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication through structured mentorship and professional development initiatives.
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, ensuring that all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, government entities, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration on national projects.
  • Coordinate with the CFO to manage procurement, budgeting, and financial forecasting to ensure the sustainability of program resources.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks by implementing robust internal controls and compliance measures.
  • Drive the digital transformation of operational processes to enhance remote collaboration and data accuracy.

  • A Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration, or a related field; a PhD is considered a significant advantage.
  • At least 10 to 15 years of experience in executive leadership roles, preferably within the energy, utility, or public resource management sectors.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development with a focus on large-scale loss reduction programs.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics; proficiency in using ERP and project management software.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage diverse teams across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills, with the ability to influence high-level stakeholders and represent the program nationally.
  • A deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and the ability to navigate complex legal and political environments.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly preferred, given the scope of the program.
  • Proven experience in remote leadership, demonstrating the ability to maintain high engagement and productivity in a virtual setting.
