  • Oversee all aspects of accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements and GAAP standards across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with investors, venture capitalists, and financial institutions, serving as the primary point of contact for capital raising and investor relations.
  • Deeply analyze and optimize SaaS-specific metrics, such as CAC, LTV, Net Revenue Retention, and ARR, to provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency.
  • Lead the financial evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, providing comprehensive due diligence and integration planning.
  • Strengthen and maintain internal controls and risk management frameworks to protect company assets and ensure data security within the financial ecosystem.
  • Provide expert financial guidance on product pricing strategies and international market expansion initiatives.
  • Mentor, develop, and scale the finance and accounting departments, fostering a culture of excellence, transparency, and high performance.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA designation is highly preferred for this executive role.
  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a high-growth SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully navigating Series B through D funding rounds or preparing a technology company for a successful exit or IPO.
  • Exceptional expertise in capital structures, equity management, and complex financial modeling within a distributed workforce model.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into compelling strategic narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience with modern ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and automated financial reporting software.
  • Strong ethical foundation and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in both corporate culture and financial strategy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and team engagement.

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans with premium coverage options.
  • Flexible work-from-home environment with a commitment to healthy work-life integration and flexible PTO.
  • Generous professional development budget and opportunities for executive coaching and networking.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.
  • The chance to lead at a company that is making a tangible social impact by reducing bias and increasing opportunity in the global workforce.
