Reporting directly to the Revenue Operations Manager, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure our teams possess the tools, data, and automated workflows necessary to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities- Business Operations & Systems Support: Partner with cross-departmental stakeholders to optimize internal processes and improve organizational efficiency. You will manage the day-to-day administration of our tech stack, troubleshooting system issues and implementing enhancement requests to improve the employee experience.
- Data Management & Reporting: Build and maintain sophisticated dashboards that provide visibility into KPIs for leadership. You will lead data quality initiatives to ensure our business intelligence remains accurate, actionable, and organized.
- System Integrations: Support core platforms including Salesforce (CRM), NetSuite (ERP), and HubSpot. You will assist in maintaining integrations via tools like Zapier or Celigo to ensure reliable data flow across the enterprise.
- AI & Automation: Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI-powered tools for better documentation, streamlined reporting, and automated workflow triggers.
- Employee Enablement: Facilitate the technical onboarding and offboarding process. You will maintain internal knowledge bases and deliver training sessions to ensure all employees can effectively utilize our business applications.
- Professional Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, or sales operations, specifically within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and marketing automation or ERP tools (HubSpot, NetSuite).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions and process improvements.
- Automation Skills: Exposure to system integration tools such as Celigo, Zapier, or Informatica is highly preferred.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and clear documentation.
- Competitive Compensation: Annual salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 plus equity opportunities.
