About the Role

Spellbook is the leading AI copilot for transactional lawyers, helping legal teams draft and negotiate contracts faster within Microsoft Word. We are looking for a Business Development Representative, Enterprise to focus on generating new mid-market connections and deals through outbound outreach and strategic campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Set qualified appointments and meetings for the mid-market and enterprise sales team.
  • Maintain a high level of daily activity and track all interactions accurately within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the BDR Manager to develop talk tracks, email sequences, and new outbound motions.
  • Leverage intent signals and industry trends to engage prospects with optimal timing.
  • Participate in regular workshops, role-playing sessions, and call reviews to refine sales skills.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot/Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (Outreach/SalesLoft).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology sales, or a startup environment is a plus.
