About the Role
Spellbook is the leading AI copilot for transactional lawyers, helping legal teams draft and negotiate contracts faster within Microsoft Word. We are looking for a Business Development Representative, Enterprise to focus on generating new mid-market connections and deals through outbound outreach and strategic campaigns.
Responsibilities- Prospect, identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and social channels.
- Set qualified appointments and meetings for the mid-market and enterprise sales team.
- Maintain a high level of daily activity and track all interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the BDR Manager to develop talk tracks, email sequences, and new outbound motions.
- Leverage intent signals and industry trends to engage prospects with optimal timing.
- Participate in regular workshops, role-playing sessions, and call reviews to refine sales skills.
- 1+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar sales role.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot/Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (Outreach/SalesLoft).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in SaaS, technology sales, or a startup environment is a plus.
