We are looking for a Business Development Representative who values outcomes over activity and possesses the judgment to navigate complex sales cycles in a fast-paced, innovative, and supportive remote environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAt Sprinto, we don't measure success by the volume of emails sent or calls made; we measure it by the quality of the pipeline created and the conversion of qualified buyers. Your impact will be defined by several critical outcomes:
- Generating High-Quality Pipeline: You will be responsible for sourcing qualified pipeline from intent-based accounts. We prioritize demos that actually progress past the first call rather than vanity metrics or no-show bookings.
- Strategic Account Conversion: You will manage high-intent accounts and focus on your intent-to-demo conversion rate. This requires deep research and sharp, personalized outreach rather than generic, templated messages.
- Inbound Lead Management: You will handle inbound demo requests and convert them into Sales Accepted Leads (SALs). Your goal is to ensure every demo passed to an Account Executive is thoroughly qualified and ready to progress.
- Systemic Feedback Loops: Sitting closest to the buyer, you will provide critical feedback to the Marketing team. You will flag when certain segments aren't converting or when lead quality shifts, helping the entire growth engine get smarter.
- Strategic Judgment: You must know when to skip an account, when to push for a meeting, and when a prospect is truly ready for a conversation. You will apply critical thinking to distinguish between high-value opportunities and distractions.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who is eager to master the nuances of the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) landscape. The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
- Relevant Experience: You possess 1 to 2 years of B2B SaaS BDR or SDR experience. We are specifically interested in the outcomes you produced and your ability to articulate your conversion rates and learning curves.
- Outcome-Oriented Mindset: You think in terms of pipeline value rather than activity quotas. You are prepared to discuss how you created qualified pipeline and what strategic adjustments you would make to improve results.
- Buyer Curiosity: You have a genuine interest in understanding the daily pressures and goals of CTOs, Heads of Compliance, and Heads of Engineering. This curiosity allows you to craft messages that resonate deeply with their specific pain points.
- Analytical Honesty: You are honest about what is not working. Whether a campaign is underperforming or your numbers are off, you diagnose the issue transparently and adjust your strategy quickly.
- Career Ambition: You have a clear and specific desire to move into an Account Executive role. You can articulate exactly why owning deals and running discovery sessions excites you.
