About the Role

Glooko is focused on helping health systems address the growing challenges of glycemic safety and diabetes management across the care continuum. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to be a primary driver of Glooko’s growth within the Life Sciences sector, specifically focusing on the acquisition of new business and the expansion of our Real-World Data (RWD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) offerings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively researching the Life Science industry to identify prospective partners requiring RWD/RWE solutions for clinical research and commercial strategy.
  • Prospecting potential partners through inside sales strategies, including cold outreach, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Defining and implementing stakeholder mapping and account plans to strategically build a network and drive pipeline development.
  • Owning the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert to align Glooko’s unique data capabilities with the strategic needs of partners to improve outcomes in diabetes and comorbid conditions.
