In this role, you are more than just a bridge between departments; you are a strategic partner to Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams. Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UX/UI Designers to define product roadmaps and ensure technical feasibility.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering squads, translating high-level business goals into detailed functional requirements.
- Analyze large datasets to identify market trends, user behaviors, and operational bottlenecks, providing data-driven recommendations for product improvements.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and refinement meetings to ensure the development team has a clear and prioritized backlog.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and post-launch metrics to measure the success of features and identify areas for iteration.
- Champion the 'No Bullshit' culture by facilitating open feedback loops and ensuring transparency in project timelines and challenges.
- Document complex business processes and system workflows to maintain a high level of organizational knowledge and technical clarity.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the technology, fintech, or payments industry at a Mid-level (Pleno) capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Metabase, or Power BI) to extract and interpret business insights.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage expectations across diverse stakeholder groups.
- An 'Own It' mindset, showing high levels of proactivity and the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first setting.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering simple, practical solutions to complex problems.
- Fluency in Portuguese and a professional level of English is highly desirable for navigating our global technology standards.
