Judi Health is looking for a mission-driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing Product Management team. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Analyst, your primary focus will be to enable the on-time delivery of our product roadmap through meticulous planning and cross-functional coordination. Your daily activities will include:
- Collaborating extensively with Product Managers to define project scopes and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements.
- Partnering with UX designers to ensure that user workflows are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
- Working directly with engineering teams to provide clarity on user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical constraints during the development cycle.
- Facilitating requirements gathering sessions with internal stakeholders, clinical teams, and external clients to identify gaps in existing workflows.
- Managing the product backlog by prioritizing tasks based on business value, technical urgency, and the overall strategic roadmap.
- Conducting thorough impact assessments for new features to ensure stability and scalability across the Enterprise Health Platform.
- Participating in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive continuous improvement in the delivery process.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including process maps, data dictionaries, and user manuals, to support product adoption.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of technical acumen and exceptional communication skills. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner within a software development or health technology environment.
- A strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically regarding health plan administration, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or TPA operations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex data structures and business logic.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and persuasively.
- A proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote, distributed team environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field of study.
